Russell is the founder and Managing Director of BlueInc. Before setting up BlueInc, Russell was the founder and Managing Director of PrefSure Life in Australia. He has also held senior executive positions overseas with Capital Alliance Life and American International Group and has extensive experience in life and general insurance, product development, mergers and acquisitions, and insurance administration services.
