Our management team

Russell has spent almost three decades working in the life and general insurance industry and holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science. His extensive insurance expertise includes product development, strategic advice and administration services.

 

He has held senior executive positions around the world, with Capital Alliance Life, AA Life and American International Group, and he founded and managed PrefSure Life in Australia. In 2004, he established the BlueInc Group to develop insurance products and manage risk administration for Australia’s leading insurance providers.

 

 

Eugeniu Jalba, Finance and IT Manager

Eugeniu combines a love for numbers with a passion for designing and developing IT systems, and has more than three years experience working in life insurance. Responsible for our finance, IT and facilities, he holds a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in International Business and Accounting, and is currently completing his CPA qualification.

 

 

Emma has worked in life insurance administration for more than 20 years, and handles all aspects of our client support and services with warmth and efficiency.
